This 71 year old patient presented to our office concerned about missing teeth and worn dentition. Patient wanted to restore his mouth to an ideal dentition. Patient had congenitally missing laterals. We wanted to be able to correct all this so the patient appeared to have a complete smile. We achieved this result with crown and bridge on the upper. The lower was restored with implants and crown and bridge. We were able to open patients bite also.
Adult female presented with discolored and chipped teeth. Patient had ill fitting veneer on front tooth and tooth was non restorable. Patient had misaligned lowers that she wanted cosmetically straightened. We achieved this result with Invisalign on lower arch, placed implant on front tooth and ZOOM!
